Whatis disclosure?
Disclosure is telling an audience that content is sponsored or gifted. It is a legal requirement in most countries whenever a creator receives anything of value, including free meals, stays or products.

The rules differ by country but the principle does not: the connection has to be obvious to somebody scrolling, not buried in a caption or hidden behind a hashtag. Platform tags satisfy this in most places; "thanks to" does not.
