For venues, restaurants and brands

Know who. Know what.
Know what came of it.

Most venues are not nervous about creator marketing as an idea. They are nervous about handing something over without knowing who is turning up, what they owe you, or whether it did anything. This page is all three, in order.

Sound familiar?

You have probably
thought this.

If you have been burnt before

I am willing to invest in creator marketing. I am just not willing to give things away and hope for the best.

Fair. A collab is an exchange, not a gift: expectations and deliverables are agreed before anyone books, and afterwards you can see what it actually produced.

01 · Know who, and what is expected

Anyone can ask.
Not everyone gets in.

The DMs you get today are unfiltered, anyone with an account can send one. The people you meet on Claris have already been through a review, and they carry a record you can look at.

Every creator is screened before they can book anything

We review content quality, how consistently they post, who actually follows them and where those people are. Not everyone gets in.

You see them before you say yes

Every booking arrives with the creator’s social links attached. Thirty seconds on their profile tells you whether they fit your place, and you can decline without explaining yourself.

Reputation follows them

Completed collabs, cancellations and no-shows all attach to a creator’s record. Reliability is worth more to them than any single free lunch, which is what makes them turn up.

What is expected

Four collab types. You choose which you offer.

This is the whole menu. Each one states exactly what the creator owes you, so nobody turns up with a different idea of the deal. Change what you offer whenever you like.

Story

Auto-approved

3 Stories

The cheapest thing you can offer, aimed at a specific problem: put collabs in the slots that are not selling, so the guests who did book walk into a room with people in it.

Maps / TripAdvisor reviews

Auto-approved

2 Stories + a Google or TripAdvisor review

The only one still working a year later. A review with real photos attached lifts how you rank and how you read to somebody comparing three places. Underrated.

Post Gallery

Auto-approved

2 Stories + a gallery post on the creator’s feed

Several photographs in one post rather than a single frame. It stays on their profile instead of expiring, and gives your place more than one chance to land.

Dedicated Reel / TikTok

You approve by hand

2 Stories + 1 dedicated Reel or TikTok

How you turn up when somebody searches your kind of place on TikTok, and it keeps turning up for months. Also the biggest ask, so you approve it by hand: save it for the creators you want.

Auto-approval exists so you are not the bottleneck on the small stuff. If you would rather approve everything by hand, say so and we will set it that way.

The booking itself

Three touches,
then it runs itself.

01

The booking lands in your inbox

With the creator’s handles, the collab type and the date. Nothing to log into if you do not want to.

02

You accept or reject

One tap, from the email or the app. The first three collab types are auto-approved so you are not a bottleneck; the dedicated Reel always waits for you.

03

They show a coupon at the door

Generated in-app, so your staff can tell a Claris booking from someone chancing it. Brief your team once and it runs itself.

02 · Know what came out of it

“It went well, I think.”
Not good enough.

The reason creator marketing feels like a gamble is that most venues genuinely cannot say what any of it produced. A collab happened, something was posted, the month ended. Claris attaches every collab to a booking, a deliverable and a result, so the next decision is made on evidence instead of a feeling.

Likes are the least useful number you will see. What matters is who saw it, whether they are near you, and what happened next.

What you should be able to answer

  • Who came, and what did they owe me?
  • Did they deliver it, and when?
  • Is their audience anywhere near my door?
  • Would I have them back?
  • One fee

    to start. A sign-up, not a subscription.

  • You

approve or decline every single booking.

  • You move up

only once the views and the collabs are there.

  • No commission

on a collab. The price is the price.
