You do not need more creators posting about you. You need the right ones. Claris matches your business with creators whose audience, style and location genuinely fit, so a collab stops being a gamble.
Sound familiar?
If you already work with creators
I know creator marketing works. I just want to work with the right people.
Then your problem is selection, not belief. Claris matches on audience, location, content quality and reputation, so choosing stops being a guess made from a follower count.
If you have been burnt before
I am willing to invest in creator marketing. I am just not willing to give things away and hope for the best.
Fair. A collab is an exchange, not a gift: expectations and deliverables are agreed before anyone books, and afterwards you can see what it actually produced.
What the right match returns
One collab with somebody whose audience is genuinely near you, genuinely interested and genuinely convinced is worth more than ten with people who were never going to walk in. The whole job is getting that one right, and it is the job Claris does.
What you get back
Your next customer is searching on TikTok and Instagram, not on Google.
A whole generation decides where to eat, stay and go by scrolling, not by typing a question into a search bar. If your place is not in that feed it is not in the running, and the people who put you there are creators whose audience already lives nearby.
The one that goes off
Most collabs do their job quietly: a good photo, a few hundred people who now know you exist, a table that filled. Then one of them takes off, and it does not stay in that creator’s feed. It becomes the clip that comes up when somebody types your kind of place into TikTok, and it keeps coming up for months.
That is the one you are playing for. You do not have to pick it in advance, you have to keep taking cheap swings at it, and better matching is what shortens the odds.
When one lands
10k–100k+
On a single post, from one lunch you had already accounted for. And unlike an ad, it does not stop the day you stop paying: it sits there being found.
Some will miss. One that lands covers a year of them.
How a collab happens
Most creator marketing runs on DMs, a spreadsheet and a hope. Claris removes the guesswork: who you are working with, what is expected of them, and what the collab actually produced.
300+ venues run their collabs this way in Bali.
A lunch, a room, a treatment, a day pass, a product, and the deliverable you want in return. Ten minutes once, and you never write another pitch reply again.
Not whoever asks first. Your offer goes to creators whose audience is near you, whose niche fits your brand, and whose record says they turn up and deliver.
Approve or decline from your phone. Your staff scan a coupon. Afterwards the collab has a deliverable and a result attached to it, so the next decision is informed instead of hopeful.
What you get back
You set which of these a collab is worth before anyone books, so you are choosing an outcome rather than hoping for one. Most venues run all four for different reasons.
Reel / TikTok
2 Stories + 1 dedicated Reel or TikTok
A whole generation decides where to eat, stay and go by searching TikTok, not Google. A dedicated clip is how your place turns up when somebody types your kind of place into that search bar, and it keeps turning up for months after it was posted.
Story
3 Stories
The cheapest thing you can offer, and the one that fixes a specific problem: a quiet midweek service. Put collabs in the slots that are not selling, so the guests who did book walk into a room with people in it. A full room is what sells the next one.
Maps / TripAdvisor reviews
2 Stories + a Google or TripAdvisor review
The one still working a year later. A review written by somebody who actually came, with their own photos attached, lifts how you rank and how you read to the person comparing three places. Stories expire. This does not.
Post Gallery
2 Stories + a gallery post
Several photographs in one post rather than a single frame that scrolls past. A gallery gives your room, your plates and your view more than one chance to land, and it stays on the creator’s profile instead of expiring the way a Story does.

Three years of it, on the version of Claris that is running right now. Not a pilot, not a projection, and not a number anybody had to round up.

What verified means
Content quality, how consistently they post, who actually follows them and where those people are. Not everyone gets in.
A bought following does not comment, does not save and does not turn up. That gap is visible, and it is the difference between reach on paper and people through your door.
Completed collabs, cancellations and no-shows all attach to a creator. Reliability is worth more to them than any single booking, which is what makes them show up.
A few of the venues on Claris

Before you decide
A place where businesses and creators find each other and agree a collab, instead of doing it through DMs and a spreadsheet. Claris is one built around the match: it puts your offer in front of creators whose audience, location and work actually fit, and every deliverable is agreed before anyone books.
That is the most common thing we hear, and it is a fair reason to be sceptical. Almost every time, the cause was the match: a creator whose audience was never going to visit you. Not every creator is right for your business, which is exactly the problem Claris is built to solve.
It usually does not, and that is why follower count is such a poor way to choose. Claris filters on where an audience actually is, alongside niche, content quality and reputation, so the visibility you get is local enough to turn into someone walking in.
The deliverable is agreed before the booking exists, format, timing and what is expected on both sides. Creators carry a visible track record that follows them, and reliability is worth far more to them than any single collab.
Silver is where every venue starts: a one-time sign-up fee puts you on Claris, and the monthly rate only begins once you are averaging 25–50k views a month or fifteen collabs. Gold is for venues past 50k views or thirty collabs, and adds deliverables, invites and paid launches. Enterprise is for groups that want weekly event promotion. Every amount is published on that location’s own page, in its own currency, the same for every venue, and Claris takes no commission on a collab.
One fee
to start. A sign-up, not a subscription.
You
approve or decline every single booking.
You move up
only once the views and the collabs are there.
No commission
on a collab. The price is the price.
