Whatis conversion rate?

Conversion rate is the share of people who took the action you wanted, out of everybody who had the chance to. What counts as the action is up to you: a booking, a purchase, a sign-up, a walk-in.

The number is meaningless without saying which action and which population. A 2% conversion rate on everybody who saw a Reel and a 2% rate on everybody who clicked through are wildly different results, and reports routinely blur the two.
