What isa PR list?

A PR list is the set of creators and journalists a brand sends products or invitations to. Being on one means receiving things unprompted; running one means deciding who is worth the postage.

The lists are usually built from relationships and inertia rather than fit, which is why they skew towards whoever was famous when the list was made. Reviewing one against who your customers actually are is usually overdue.
