Whatis influencer gifting?
Influencer gifting is sending a creator a product or experience without a guaranteed post, hoping they like it enough to share it. It is cheap to run and unpredictable, which is why most businesses eventually want something firmer.

Pure gifting has no deliverable attached: you send the thing and find out. At volume that works as seeding, where a small share of recipients post and that is enough. For a single venue with limited capacity it usually does not, because the cost of a miss is a real table on a real night.
