Whatare usage rights?
Usage rights decide who can use the content afterwards, where, and for how long. They are separate from who made it and separate from who paid for it, and they are the most commonly skipped part of a collab.

Three things are usually being agreed at once: whether the business can repost it, whether they can put money behind it as an ad, and whether the creator can keep showing it in their portfolio. Each can be granted independently. Skipping this produces the awkward conversation two months later when a photo appears on a billboard.
On Claris
Usage is stated per collab on the listing. On most Claris collabs the creator keeps the right to post the work on their own channels unless the brief buys exclusivity.
