Whatis exclusivity?
Exclusivity is a clause preventing a creator from working with your competitors for a set period. It is a real cost to the creator, so it is normally paid for rather than assumed.

The two things that matter are the window and the category. Three months across an entire industry is very expensive to a working creator; two weeks against three named competitors usually is not. Vague exclusivity clauses are the most common reason a good collab falls apart at the last step.
