What isan agency fee?
An agency fee is what a middle party charges to find, brief and manage creators on your behalf. It is usually a percentage of spend or a retainer, and it sits on top of what the creator receives.

The fee buys curation and someone to chase people. What it costs, beyond money, is a layer between the two parties who actually have to work together, and a set of incentives that are not quite either side’s.
On Claris
Claris has no middle layer: the person who wrote the offer is the person the creator messages.
