Get approved once, before you go

The review is the part with a delay in it, and it does not have to happen while you are already there. Apply before you fly and the account is ready when you land.

It works the same way in all five locations, so the approval you got for Bali is the approval you use in Bangkok. There is no second application.

Plan the trip around what is actually open

The advantage of seeing listings rather than sending messages is that you can plan against them. What is available, in which area, on which dates, with the offer already attached.

That turns a content trip from something you improvise into something you can book. It also tells you quickly when a place is not worth the detour.

What each location is good for

They are genuinely different, and it is worth knowing before you plan a route.

• Bali and Phuket: the widest range of stays and beach clubs, and the most competition, because every travelling creator is there too.
• Bangkok: restaurants and rooftops, and a creator scene sophisticated enough that the standard is high.
• Jakarta: the least saturated of the five, and a business city rather than a holiday one, so the work skews to restaurants, cafés and openings.
• Dubai: the highest production expectations of the five, and the one where usage rights are most likely to matter.

Deliver from the road

The one thing that will cost you access is agreeing to something and then leaving the country without posting it. Your record follows you, and a venue in the next city can see it.

Practical version: do not book more than you can edit. A trip with four collabs you delivered well is worth more than eight you half finished.
