What isa collab format?

A collab format is the shape of the deliverable: a Story, a Reel, a review, a set of files. Naming the format is what turns "some content" into something both sides can agree to.

Formats are not interchangeable. A Story is immediate and gone; a Reel travels; a grid post persists; a review affects search. Choosing on convenience rather than on what you need is how collabs end up producing the wrong thing well.
