The service applies to all users including “Creators” (digital content creators / influencers) and “Businesses” (entities seeking content promotion).

1. Online Website and Apps Terms

Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction. The platform prohibits illegal use, copyright violations, and transmission of viruses or destructive code. Breaching these terms results in immediate service termination.

2. General Conditions

Claris reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Content may transfer unencrypted across networks, though credit card information remains encrypted. Users cannot reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the service without written permission.

3. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

Claris disclaims responsibility for inaccurate or incomplete information. Users rely on site content at their own risk. Historical information is provided for reference only, and Claris has no obligation to update materials.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices may change without notice. Claris reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without liability to users or third parties.

5. Products or Services

Products have limited quantities subject to return policies. Claris cannot guarantee accurate color display on user devices. The company reserves rights to limit sales by geography, quantity, or discontinue products at its discretion.

6. Optional Tools

Third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Claris bears no liability for third-party tool use, which occurs entirely at user risk.

Claris disclaims responsibility for collaboration outcomes, including sales increases, follower growth, or engagement metrics. Users’ sole remedy is account termination.

The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from service use or product purchases.

For Businesses: Claris bears no liability for financial, physical, or personal damage from products or services offered through the platform.

For Creators: Claris bears no liability for damage from using business products or services booked through Claris.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and defend Claris and its affiliates from third-party claims arising from user breach of these terms or violation of laws.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision is severed while remaining provisions stay valid.

15. Termination

Obligations incurred before termination survive. Businesses must provide 2 weeks’ notice to terminate. Creators may terminate anytime. Claris may terminate immediately for suspected violations without notice, and users remain liable for amounts owed.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications. Claris may modify terms by posting revised versions on its website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by United Arab Emirates law.

18. Changes to Terms of Service

Users are responsible for checking the website periodically for updates. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
