Everything you need to know about joining Claris, getting approved, and booking your first collab in Bali.
Who can join Claris as a creator?
Anyone creating content on Instagram, TikTok or as a UGC creator can apply. We welcome influencers, TikTokers and UGC creators with engaged audiences across travel, lifestyle, food, wellness, fashion and fitness niches. Apply through the Claris app and our team reviews your profile.
Do I need a minimum follower count?
No fixed minimum. Content quality, audience authenticity and niche fit matter more than raw numbers. Micro-creators with engaged followers regularly get approved and book popular collabs.
Can TikTokers and UGC creators use Claris?
Yes. Claris is built for the full spectrum of Bali content creators. Pick the format that matches your style: Story, Reel, TikTok, UGC drop, Maps review or Diary clip.
How long does creator approval take?
Most creators are reviewed and approved within a day. You will be notified in-app once your profile is live and you can start booking collabs.
What content formats are accepted?
Four core formats: Story (Instagram Story), Diary (a short Reel or TikTok), Reel or TikTok (a full dedicated post), and Map review (Google Maps review combined with a Story).
How many content pieces do I deliver per collab?
Typically 1 to 2 content pieces per collab. The exact format and number is set when the venue creates the collab offer, so you know what you are committing to before you book.
Do I pay for the venue or stay?
No. Claris collabs are barter-based. You get the meal, treatment, room or product in exchange for the content you commit to deliver. No cash changes hands.

How does Claris work for my business?
Download the Claris Venues app, set up your profile, and define what you offer in exchange for content. Approved creators apply to book directly in the app. You approve or reject each booking and get organic content back.
How much does Claris cost for businesses?
Businesses pay a one-time setup fee to get onboarded. After that the standard Venues app is included at no extra cost. An optional Gold plan unlocks premium features for businesses that want extra reach and analytics.
What types of businesses are on Claris?
Restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, bars, spas, wellness studios, hotels, villas, event organisers and lifestyle brands (skincare, swimwear, jewellery and more). Local services like physio and salons are also welcome.
Can I reject creators I do not want?
Yes. You see each creator profile, audience and content style before approving. Reject, counter-offer or chat directly inside the Venues app.
How do you make sure creators actually post?
Every collab includes a content deliverable that creators commit to before the visit. Our team monitors deliverables and flags accounts that do not follow through. Creators with a strong track record get more visibility.
How long does business approval take?
Most venues and brands are approved within 1 to 2 days. Once approved you can publish collab offers immediately.

Is Claris free to use?
The Creator app is free to download and free to use for creators. The Venues app is free to download, with a one-time setup fee for businesses to get onboarded. After setup, standard features are included; an optional Gold plan is available for premium features.
Is Claris available on iOS and Android?
Yes. The Claris Creator app and the Claris Venues app are both on the App Store and Google Play.
How do I create an account?
Download the Claris app, sign up directly inside the app and apply as a creator or business. Your profile is reviewed within a day.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your Claris account from inside the app, or request deletion through our account deletion page.
How do I contact support?
Email info@joinclaris.com or use the in-app chat. The team typically responds within one business day.

Where in Bali does Claris operate?
Claris is active across the entire island, with the densest concentration of venues in Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu and Seminyak. Bookings extend to the Gili Islands and Lombok.
Which areas in Bali have the most collabs?
Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu and Seminyak are the four densest creator hotspots. New venues join across all areas every week.
Are there collabs on Gili and Lombok?
Yes. Outer islands including Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Gili Meno and Lombok (Kuta Lombok, Senggigi) all have active Claris venues.
When is the best time to visit Bali as a creator?
Bali is a year-round content destination. Dry season (April to October) brings sunnier weather and busier beach scenes. Wet season (November to March) is greener and quieter, great for jungle and wellness content.
Does Claris work outside Bali?
Right now Claris is Bali-focused, with new markets being explored. The current platform is purpose-built for the Bali creator scene.
